Historic 1625 is the perfect backdrop for the wedding of your dreams! With over 6,000 square feet of natural slate floors, warm brick walls, and a stunning exposed beam ceiling, Historic 1625 sets the stage for an elegant day you will never forget. Our award-winning venue is thoughtfully laid out to meet your every need. Every rental comes with: two elegantly appointed and spacious changing suites, adjustable lighting to set the atmosphere, climate control for the comfort of your guests, automated blinds on our picture windows for privacy, ample free parking on-site, ability to purchase own alcohol with no corkage fees, recently remodeled handicap accessible bathrooms, and an expansive catering area.

Elegant & Spacious Changing Suites for the Couple
Historic 1625 offers two separate changing suites for the happy couple. Both suites have leather sofas, beautiful carpets over hard wood or slate floors, full-length mirrors, and hanging racks for the wedding party’s tuxedos or dresses. The suite on the venue level also has its own private bathroom equipped with a granite counter top, premium fixtures, and a makeup mirror. The second changing suite overlooks Historic 1625’s world class car collection, has a 75-inch flat screen television and is located steps from two additional bathrooms.

Our stately floor to ceiling French doors that date back to the 1940s when the building was constructed make for a truly memorable Grand Entrance!
The Showroom Ramp
Our stunning Showroom ramp, located in the reception room, is made from wide-cut wood planks and framed by reclaimed brick and beautiful rich burgundy drapes makes for an unforgettable Grand entrance for the newlyweds.

Exceptional Service
At Historic 1625 we pride ourselves on providing premium service for all our couples! We meet with everyone to help finalize your layout, answer all your questions, and show off this fabulous venue to your family and friends. There is no limit on visits to the venue (and certainly no fee for doing so!).
You May Provide Your Own Alcohol
At Historic 1625 couples can bring their own alcohol without having to pay a corkage fee or upcharge of any sort. Also, kegs, wine, and hard liquor are all fine at Historic 1625.
Ample Free Parking For Your Guests
Parking at Historic 1625 is convenient, easy, and free for your guests. We own two lots – one is right next to the venue and is lit and covered. The other lot is directly behind the venue. Both lots are free to your guests. And, because we own them, if there is a need to leave a car overnight, that is fine as long as the car is moved first thing the next morning.
Flexible Start & End Times
At Historic 1625 you can get access to the venue as early as 12 noon and you can stay as late as 1:00 am giving you great flexibility to have the wedding reception on your own timetable. All wedding packages come with 10 hours of time. You just let us know when you want to start and end your 10 hours between noon and 1:00 am. No early curfews here.
Only One Wedding a Day
At Historic 1625, yours will be the only wedding happening at our venue on your special day. We do not allow multiple weddings to happen at the same time.
Spacious Catering Room
Historic 1625 provides our caterers with a top of the line space to put the finishing touches on their fabulous food. Our catering space is equipped with two stainless steel work tables, a stainless steel double sink and a commercial refrigerator.

Special Additions for Your Wedding Day
Deluxe Altar Drape Package- $300
Our stunning 18’ Ivory Crushed Taffeta drapes create a picture-perfect backdrop for your ceremony. With the addition of this package, we take care of set up and teardown so you don’t have to.
Collector Car Package- $400-$450
Invite your guests for a cocktail hour in our Collector Car Showroom. The guests will be amazed at our world class collection of high powered American made cars. The Collector Car Package is only available as an add-on to the rental of the main venue space. Price varies depending on guest count.
We would love to arrange a time for a personal tour of Historic 1625 for you! All tours are by appointment only and typically last 30 minutes. We are open for tours Mondays & Fridays between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, Tuesdays between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm, and Wednesdays & Thursdays between 10:00 am and 8:30 pm. If those times will not work we also can sometimes offer tours on the weekend depending on our event schedule.
